What a great and exciting month it’s been for Penfield’s!!
I had the opportunity to visit our Business Center located in the Dallas Sheraton and our NEW location in the Plaza of America’s. It will be opening in March and I must say, it’s looking terrific! It’s in a great spot and construction is moving along as planned. I had the pleasure to meet Brian Bigham, the manager of the Sheraton Penfield’s, and JoAnna Jones the manager of our new location in the Plaza.
It was great to see how focused they are on customer service and making the stores the absolute best. If you’re ever in the Dallas downtown area they’re the people to see for shipping, receiving, print jobs (name it and they can do it!), copying, and MUCH MUCH more. And while you’re waiting, you can go ice skating or get a bite to eat or drink in the food court. It’s all directly below us on the first floor…how awesome is that?!
