Our Penfield’s locations are authorized shippers for FedEx, UPS and the U.S. Postal Service. We provide service both domestically and internationally, plus all insurance and delivery confirmation options. Packing Services
We are packing experts! Bring your items by our business center and we will carefully bubble-wrap and package it for you. We can take on the most fragile, intricate or oversized items and ensure their safe arrival.

Receiving & Handling
Scheduled for a convention or meeting out of town? Have your items shipped to the hotel ahead of your arrival. We will receive them, carefully log each item and notify you when ready for pick up. If you need, we will even deliver to your room or meeting place.
Drayage fees for our hotel properties are listed below. All packages received by Penfield’s are subject to receiving fees that will be charged to the guests room or event master account.

After a period of 5 days, storage fees will be assessed at a per-item rate of $5/day for packages, and $25/day for pallets.
