Whenever business slows down unexpectedly it’s a good idea to re-evaluate how you have been going about things. At our Penfield’s Office location at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside the start of 2012 hasn’t been quite as busy as 2011. And while we definitely feel that this has just been an anomaly we have decided that it’s an excellent time to make sure that the whole team is on the same page. When we speak of team here at Penfield’s we don’t only mean Penfield’s employees, but also all of the hotel staff that has the ability to promote our services throughout the course of the day.
With that in mind a lot of time has been spent recently assuring that everyone from the front desk agents to the sales managers to the meeting and conventions managers are all on board with what we do. And while business may be a little slower to start the year than we would like, I can say with 100% confidence that the whole team here is definitely on board.
In business as in life, the quality of our relationships goes a long way towards predicting success.
